Glenville's Thursdays in the Park Concert and Movie Series is entering its third year. Join us every Thursday in August for family-friendly FREE entertainment! 


Indian Meadows Park is located off of Droms Road on Jason Morris Way. All events begin at 7:00 p.m. Restroom facilities are available.

AUGUST 1: DYER SWITCH

Dyer Switch plays hard-driving traditional and original bluegrass and acoustic music. Dyer Switch has a dynamic stage presence that has captivated audience throughout the Northeast, Midwest and the South at festivals, clubs, coffeehouses, fairs and live radio shows. Bring a chair and join us!

AUGUST 8: 18 STRINGS OF TROUBLE

18 Strings of Trouble delivers an authentic, polished, classic rock sound. The band entertains audiences of all ages playing everything from the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen to Kings of Leon and original music. Grab a chair, a blanket and a friend and join us!

AUGUST 15: THE NELLIES

The Nellies are an Albany-based alt-country Americana band driven by singer-songwriter duo, Karen Ann (acoustic guitar/banjo) and Peggy Lecuyer (mandolin/harmonica). They're joined by Gene Lemme who keeps The Nellies in line on the upright bass. The Nellies feature an assortment of lead players, including Kevin Maul, Peter Bearup and Mike McMann.

AUGUST 22: DATE NIGHT "VIVA LAS VEGAS"

Join us for Elvis trivia before the feature movie, VIva Las Vegas, starrring Elvis Presley and Ann-Margaret. BBQ dinner available for purchase, as well as beer from Wolf Hollow Brewing Company. Bring a date and join us for a dinner and a movie under the stars. 

AUGUST 29: KIDS' MOVIE NIGHT "THE LEGO MOVIE 2"

Bring the kids for a movie night especially for them! Prior to the movie, town fire and police will be on hand for kids' activities, and Stewart's is donating free ice cream before the show. It's sure to be a fun-filled family evening! (Parents/guardians must be present with their children.)
